Located on the New Mexico and Arizona border, Rodeo is a town left over from the Wild Wild West.
Surrounded by the Chiricahua Mountains and the Coronado National Forest this town is just in the middle of the desert, with no gas station for over 25 miles. There is a museum with lots of snakes and local history, including a complete history of Geronimo.
The Ranch itself is surrounded by wire fencing to keep out the Javalenas, coyotes, and mountain lions. They also have their own little zoo and aviary. Black Swans and birds from all over, along with porcupines, goats and cavies.
